About this file

This document is a Justification and Approval (J&A) to support a sole source contract award to Mythics, LLC for the FY 24 Oracle Database License Renewal. The Oracle database is used as the underlying database for the KMST suite of applications for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) and to support network updates. Per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Mythics, LLC is identified as the only source capable of fulfilling this requirement. The J&A cites the unique capabilities and expertise of Mythics as the justification for the sole source award. The anticipated period of performance and total contract value are not provided. The document also outlines the requirement to publicize the intent to award a sole source contract, and that the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days of publication. This is not a request for competitive quotes.
