About this file

This document is a justification and approval for a sole source contract award by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC required a subscription to Portfolio Media Inc.'s proprietary legal news content and delivery method. A sources sought notice did not return any other capable providers. The contracting officer determined the anticipated price from Portfolio Media Inc. to be fair and reasonable based on market research and past pricing. On June 23, 2021 the SEC awarded an undisclosed contract value to an unknown vendor for this subscription.
