Invitation to Observe Virtual JTT 6.0 Demo Joint Targeting Toolbox Follow-On Industry Day 29 Oct 2024

In a continuous effort to provide increased transparency and information to our Industry Partners, AFLCMC/C3CW JTT Program Management Office invites interested vendors to observe a recorded demonstration event scheduled for Tuesday 12 Nov 2024 at 1000 EST. Note: the JTT 6.0 demo will not include live data, and all content is CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI).

Scheduling: Vendors that are interested in observing this demonstration opportunity are asked to send their stated intent to the listed Government POCs no later than 1700 EDT on 6 Nov 2024.

1. To attend vendors must be authorized to receive Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must submit the following to the PCO, Contract Specialist, and Program Manager, in writing:

· A completed and certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. For additional information regarding DD Form 2345, visit the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program homepage (http://www.dlis.dla.mil/JCP/).

· A completed JTT 6.0 Demonstration Observation Request and Disclaimer Form (See Attachment 1)

2. Vendor requests must contain the Company Name, CAGE code, and names of each attendee. Vendors must submit the same information for any subcontract partners they wish to join. Only the submitted and approved attendees will be permitted to attend. Vendor participation will be limited to these individuals, and vendors are not authorized to add additional personnel to these discussions without Government approval.

3. Vendors are invited to only observe the demo. The demo is designed and executed for interested Government parties, stakeholders, and customers to learn about JTT 6.0. There will be no Q&A available during the demo for vendor attendees.

4. This is a one-time invitation, and vendors shall not record the demo.

5. A Government recording of the demonstration will be made available upon request.

6. Vendors may submit questions in writing NLT COB (1700 Eastern) Friday 15 Nov 2024. The Government reserves the right to answer none, some, or all of the questions. Any questions and answers will be shared on a common document to SAM.gov.

Date and Time: The Government will host a one-time observation of the recorded JTT 6.0 demonstration on Tuesday 12 Nov 2024. The entire event will run from 1000 - 1130 EST. The event will include an introduction from the JTT Program Management Office, as well as briefings from the Small Business Advocate (SBA) and Legal. The demonstration, itself, is expected to run for no longer than 30 minutes.

Logistics: A single Microsoft Teams invitation will be sent by the Government to vendor POCs, once registered. On demonstration day, the Government meeting leader will verbally conduct a “roll call” and verify all participants. Please be aware that all participant names will be visible to everyone who attends. The Government host will then share their video & audio connection to the recorded JTT 6.0 demo. The demonstration will be of the JTT 6.0 application as of 18 Sep 2024. Due to the size and scope of the application, not all features will be demonstrated. The intent of the demonstration is to provide an introduction to the application and its basic features. The JTT 6.0 application has been updated since the demo was recorded.

Written Questions: The Government will accept written questions/recommendations from participating vendors and asks that any written questions be submitted to the Government POCs no later than 1700 EDT on 15 Nov 2024. The Government asks that written questions are specific and limited to the JTT 6.0 demonstration.

After-Action Question Follow-Up: The Government cannot guarantee that all vendor questions will be answered through follow-up means; however, the JTT team strives to answer industry questions to the greatest extent possible. The Government reserves the right to follow-up to any industry questions. Any questions that result in new or clarifying information for any vendor, will be published to SAM.gov. This will serve as official documentation of the Question and Answer process, providing equity amongst vendors.

Information Restrictions: All information will be limited to UNCLASSIFIED/CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI) only. Proprietary information and trade secrets submitted in your questions, if any, must be clearly identified and marked on all materials. All information that is marked as being “Proprietary” will be handled as such. Any submitted materials become Government property and will not be returned, nor will receipt be confirmed. Please be advised that the Government is not seeking any proprietary solutions to address the JTT program objectives.

Recording: The Government reserves the right to record the JTT demonstration observation. This recording will be used for market research purposes and vendors may request a copy of the file. The Government will make best efforts in recording the demonstration, however, does not warrant or guarantee technical compatibility, soundness, or validity of any video or audio file provided to vendors upon request. Any vendor that has objections, concerns, or questions about the Government’s recording should contact the Government POCs, below.

Government Attendees: Vendors should expect 5-15 Government acquisition team members. Support from Odyssey, Oasis, Systems, and/or other supporting organizations may be utilized. All Government and Contractor employees representing the Government's program office have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
