Brigadier General (P) Miller will host the Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Technology

Outreach Conference (JTOC) 15-17 May at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside, Ca. JTOC is an opportunity to bring together leaders of industry, academia, government agencies, civilian and federal laboratories, and U.S. Coalition partners to tackle the complex scientific challenges of defeating improvised explosive devices (IEDs) as a weapon of strategic influence.

The JTOC is JIEDDO's primary technology outreach event where JIEDDO creates a common operational picture of C-IED requirements and identifies warfighter operational needs through the framework of JIEDDO's Future R&D Capability Gap list.
