Text version
Jefferson County PennDOT Slip liner project
Jefferson County PennDOT 10-5 Brookville Stockpile (5926 Route 322, Brookville, PA 15825) is in need of
60 feet of 48” plastic slip lining pipe. The pipe must not exceed an outside diameter of 48 inches and have an inside diameter of approximately 45 inches. The pipe needs to have a smooth interior bore as well as a smooth exterior to aid in sliding through an existing structure. The sections of pipe can be of any length but must not exceed 24 feet for constructability reasons.
The existing bridge structure has an opening of 48 inches and once the pipe is installed, the voids around the pipe will be back filled with concrete grout. The joints should seal together tightly enough to keep the grout from flowing into the pipe.
The bid will be awarded to the lowest bid for 60 feet of the above-mentioned pipe per the guidelines of the Reciprocal Limitation Act Requirements (GSPUR-89). Please complete this form (GSPUR-89) and attach when submitting a bid.
Please submit bid that includes both the cost of the pipe and any related costs i.e. delivery costs to
Brookville stockpile etc.
All quantities are estimated.
