About this file

This document is a Sole Source Justification for the Centralized Access for Data Exchange (CAFDEx) software, prepared by the 354th Contracting Squadron, Base Support Flight. The acquisition is for a software subscription to support the Wing Air Card program, specifically to reconcile and track fuel transactions in accordance with Air Force Instruction 11-253. The procurement will be conducted under AFFARS 5313.501 with statutory authority from 10 U.S.C. 3572. Pricing will be determined through GSA Advantage Multiple Award Schedule, with the contracting officer certifying fair and reasonable costs. The acquisition is marked as a new document, with a funding level between >SAT and ≤$750K, and is classified as "Other Contracting" under the program type.
