About this file

This document provides a justification for other than full and open competition for a contract extension. The Defense Logistics Agency Distribution seeks to extend contract SP330019P0400 with incumbent contractor Lakota Solutions, LLC for an additional six months to provide preventative and remedial maintenance services on material handling equipment at the DLA Distribution Red River facility in Texas. The follow-on procurement has experienced delays finalizing equipment listings, metrics, and incorporating vendor feedback, so the sole source extension is needed to ensure continuous maintenance services until the new contract is awarded. The extension continues the current hybrid firm-fixed price and time and materials terms of the original contract awarded on March 1, 2019 for an unknown initial value.
