About this file
This document is a Special Notice for a sole source procurement of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking services and associated local and long-distance service by the 188th Wing of the Department of the Army National Guard. The incumbent provider is AT&T Corp, who currently provides this service to DISA, which routes it to the 188th Wing. The procurement is being made under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-1 for other than full and open competition, as there is only one responsible source. The 188th Wing requires migration of existing analog trunk capabilities to SIP trunks and associated services to support their 24/7 operations. Equipment must be delivered by July 1, 2024. The required services include IP Flex Reach-ADI Calling Plan, Setup, Standard Telephone Numbers, and Enhanced Features. Responses to this notice must be submitted by June 6, 2024.
