About this file
This document is a Sole Source Justification for the acquisition of ReadySuite software licenses from KLDiscovery Ontrack, LLC. The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to KLDiscovery Ontrack LLC for the ReadySuite software with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Network Software Subscription. The EOUSA uses ReadySuite as an assessment and validation tool for pre-processed litigation data, as well as for post-processing manipulation and PDF creation. The sole source justification is based on the ReadySuite software being essential to the Government's requirements, and that no other similar products can meet the agency's needs. The period of performance is anticipated to be 12 months from September 30, 2024 through September 29, 2025. This is not a request for competitive quotations, and responses to this notice will be considered by the Government, but a Request for Quote will not be issued.
