About this file
This document is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for a Limited Source procurement of three Keysight Model N1914B Power Meters by the U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) at Redstone Arsenal. The power meters are required to replace obsolete equipment and support the USATA's primary calibration systems. The J&A cites the brand name justification under FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) as these specific power meters are essential to meet the agency's needs and market research indicates other products cannot be modified to meet the requirements. The related federal contract opportunity is Solicitation PANRSA-24-P-0000-008419 for the Procurement of Power Meters, with quotes due to the specified contracting points of contact.
