The contract is for an EHRM Installation of DDPO (Electronic Health Record Management, Data Drops and Power Outlets) located at the Dayton, OH campus, involving installation of normal and emergency power outlets, data drops, and equipment bracing to support EHR equipment deployment. The contract will be awarded as a new, firm-fixed-price contract to a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, utilizing statutory authority under 41 USC §3304(a)(5) and 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c).
The procurement is being conducted as a sole source award using VAAR 819.7008, which allows awards to certified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The Contracting Officer will evaluate the proposed price against the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) and recently awarded similar projects to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.
