The total estimated value of the base period plus two option years is not provided. The justification cites 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, as the 316th ESC can only obtain the required RFID transponders from the City of New York dba MTA Bridges and Tunnels, the sole provider managing the electronic toll collection system in the region.
