The ERO program office estimates an additional $10M is required for Option Year Four through the end of the contract on 09/29/20 I 9. The increase to the ceiling is based on historical knowledge of the monthly invoices and the current burn rate. It is anticipated that an additional $SOM is required for the six month extenstion period. This would indicate a need to increase the maximum value of the IDIQ by $60M.
Option Year 4 increase ceiling $10,000,000 52.217-8 increase $50,000,000 Proposed increase $60,000,000
