About this file
This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for a Hardware Master Contract opportunity issued by the State of Maryland's State Highway Administration. The PORFP is seeking proposals from Master Contractors awarded under the 2012 060B2490022 Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services contract for various hardware, services, and warranties, including microcomputers, PCs, servers, printers, network communication equipment, installation and training services, manufacturer's extended warranty, and security/camera equipment. The PORFP has a proposal due date of February 12, 2024 at 2:00PM and requires responses to be submitted through the state's eMMA e-Procurement system. The scope of work and required quantities are detailed across the six functional areas, and an MBE participation goal is identified for the installation and training services.
This is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement, so only certified small businesses are eligible for award. The state reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantities and requires no restocking fees on returned items. Pricing, as well as the Master Contractor's status as an authorized NetApp reseller, will be key evaluation criteria for award, which will be made to the most advantageous proposal for the state.
