About this file
This is a contract renewal document for the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) for enterprise-wide HPE CarePaq support services in Fiscal Year 2026. The procurement seeks to renew annual support services for HPE CarePaq software, which provides comprehensive maintenance and support for HPE computing infrastructure across the MDOT enterprise. The contract is structured as an annual renewal with the potential for additional renewal periods, ensuring continued technical support and system reliability for critical state transportation operations.
The renewal maintains the incumbent vendor relationship and represents a continuation of existing service levels and pricing terms established in prior fiscal years. Funding for this contract is provided through MDOT's operational budget allocated for information technology infrastructure maintenance and support services. The contract renewal process follows standard state procurement procedures and is intended to ensure uninterrupted CarePaq support services across all qualifying HPE systems within the MDOT enterprise environment.
