About this file
This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for desktop, laptop, and tablet devices and associated peripherals under the 2015 Desktop, Laptop and Tablet Master Contract for the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT). The PORFP is for four (4) 75-inch MondoPad devices, two (2) 65-inch MondoPad devices, and forty (40) unspecified tablets. The required delivery date for all items is not provided. The PORFP has a Proposal Due Date of December 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST. The contract is a fixed-price agreement with no designated Small Business Reserve or Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal, except for a 0% MBE goal for the installation services under Functional Area III. The PORFP outlines the required product specifications, installation and warranty services, and the evaluation criteria, which prioritizes the small procurement terms and conditions, price, and adherence to the specifications.
The award will be made to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and the evaluation factors set forth in the PORFP. No other details are provided regarding pricing terms, incumbents, funding requirements, or sources.
