About this file

This annual inventory report submitted to USAID/Liberia provides an accounting of government property held by a contractor during the period from [DATE] to [DATE]. The report lists motor vehicles, furniture, and other non-expendable property acquired and disposed of by the contractor in support of its [PROGRAM TITLE] activity. Acquisitions were made through purchase, transfer from USAID, and transfer from other sources, while disposals involved return to USAID, transfer to other agencies, and other means. The contractor attests that physical inventories are taken at least annually and property records are in agreement with inventories, with the total value of property matching that reported. The estimated average age of property categories is also provided.
