Statement of Work (SOW)
ACCESS CONTROL AND SECURITY
Naval Information Warfare Training Group (NIWTG)
1. SCOPE OF WORK:
Naval Information Warfare Training Group (NIWTG) to procure supplies and services to convert Room 2600 in Building 2529, Mayport Naval Station, FL by adding access control and security.
2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
The period of performance is April 2, 2025 through April 1, 2026.
3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Work performed in accordance with this SOW shall be at NIWTG: Naval Information Warfare Training Group Building 2529, Mayport Naval Station Florida.
4. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Not applicable.
5. DELIVERABLES
This requirement is to add access control and security to Room 2600 at Building 2529 Mayport Naval Station Florida. The access control and security addition will tie into the existing building systems and will also include all systems cable, cable installation, device installation, programming, testing and warranty.
Description of Work.
I) Card Access
· Add 1 multi-criteria card reader (Hirsch Utrust TS, 8112 ABT)
· Add 1 electric lock interface (lock & power supply for lock by others)
· Add 1 door position switch (Potter P2D)
· Add 1 request to exit motion sensor (Honeywell IS-310)
· Connect to spare door control at 1st floor access control panel (Hirsch MX8 (existing))
· Conduit and electrical mounting boxes II) CCTV Video Surveillance
· Add 1 exterior to spare dome type camera viewing entry door (Honeywell HC30W45R2)
· Add 1 22” viewing monitor (generic model)
· Conduit and electrical mounting boxes III) Intrusion
· Add 1 door position switch (Potter P2D)
· Add 1 ceiling mounted motion sensor (Honeywell DT 6360 STC)
· Add 1 arm/disarm keypad (Honeywell 6160)
· Connect to spare partition zone o 1st floor intrusion panel (Honeywell Vista 12BBPT (exisiting)
· Conduit and electrical mounting boxes
