About this file
The document is a Respondent Comparative Analysis for an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) #10848 issued by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) for CINS/FINS (Children In Need of Services/Families In Need of Services), Respite Bed Services, and Evidence-Based or Promising Practices Delinquency Programming. The ITN seeks proposals from community, faith-based, not-for-profit organizations, LLCs, and/or local government divisions to provide residential and non-residential statewide services for CINS/FINS youth aged 10-18 and 6-18, respectively, as well as statewide respite care services for youth aged 10-18. The ITN also includes evidence-based or promising practices in delinquency prevention programming.
The analysis provides a framework for the negotiation team to rank respondents based on criteria such as management capability, programming, contract management, staffing, performance measures, and best value. The ITN is seeking a lead agency to subcontract and provide oversight of a statewide network of community-based respite care service providers to ensure access to respite care and related services. The document does not provide information on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or sources.
