MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

SUBJECT: Item Description, C24-002 Frozen Hexcel Material

1. The Organization/Unit is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of name of items.

2. The requested equipment item descriptions/specifications are outlined below.

a. Item Number 1 – QTY: 1000 Yards (delivered in 2 equally split deliveries of 500 yards, December 2023, March 2024), (P/N: L6177) 7781 38" F155-5:38%_Specification:

BMS8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 7781

b. Item Number 2 – QTY: 500 Yards (delivered in December 2023), (P/N: L5160) 120 38" F155-5:45%_Specification: BMS8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 120

c. Item Number 3 – QTY: 700 Yards (delivered in 2 equally split deliveries of 350 Yards, December 2023, March 2024), (P/N: L6150) 1582 38" F155-5:38%_Specification:

3. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Analysis supplied to BMS8-79/Rev AE line item for every batch or ST0130LB0010 line item for every batch and provide report for every shipment.

4. All shipments must include product shelf life, date of shipment & date of manufacture information. All products shall have 85% shelf-life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB.

5. All material to be shipped frozen below 0 degrees Fahrenheit with dry ice and 2 temperature logging monitor devices per box.
