About this file

This document is the response to questions related to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Antituberculosis Medication issued by the State of Idaho. The ITB seeks bids for the procurement of antituberculosis medications. The contract term is anticipated to be up to five years, with possible renewals upon mutual written agreement between the State and the awarded vendor. The ITB provides details on contract term, pricing adjustments, and insurance requirements. Vendors may request exceptions to insurance requirements, subject to approval by the State. Bid tabulations for past solicitations are not available, but the current units of measure are provided in the Cost Matrix. Specific manufacturer part numbers are not required.

Regarding pricing, the State will consider rate changes upon contract renewal based on verifiable cost increases submitted by the contractor. Contractors must request potential rate changes at least 45 days prior to the contract renewal date and provide written justification. Any rate changes are subject to the State's written acceptance. The solicitation does not mention any set-asides or incumbent information.
