About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the State of Idaho Division of Purchasing (DOP) on behalf of the Idaho Division of Veterans Services (IDVS). The ITB requests bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of bulk medical oxygen, liquid oxygen, and the rental of oxygen equipment to the two Idaho State Veterans Homes located in Boise and Pocatello. The ITB specifies the minimum technical requirements for the oxygen and equipment, including delivery schedules, rental quantities, maintenance and inspection requirements, and reporting needs. The initial contract term is one year, with the potential for up to five years of renewals upon mutual agreement.
The ITB provides detailed cost tables for the Boise and Pocatello Home locations, listing the estimated annual quantities and required pricing for liquid oxygen, portable oxygen units, and oxygen concentrators. Fuel surcharges are not permitted, and the contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest total cost. The ITB also outlines the required insurance coverages, billing procedures, audit rights, and price adjustment terms during the contract period.
