The document clarifies specifications for the requested equipment, including a crane with 5,000 pound capacity, an air and arc combo compressor with a 50-foot hose reel mounted on top of the box on the driver's side, one 10-drawer bin unit for the driver's front box compartment, two clear strobe lights for front and rear, and two rear-facing work lights mounted on the box. The addendum addresses supplier inquiries regarding equipment configuration, mounting locations, and component selections, noting that crane capacity decisions should consider torque rating and body compatibility for pricing purposes.

Regarding bonding requirements, the addendum clarifies that Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds referenced in items 33 and 34 of the bid documents are required only from the winning bidder and are not required for initial bid submissions. The document references an attached spreadsheet providing crane options and brands available for supplier selection based on specific capacity and torque requirements.
