RESPONSE DUE DATE: June 27, 2024, 2:00 p.m.

To All Prospective Offerors: In reference to the I listed above, the following answers to questions, additions, deletions, and change are hereby incorporated into the RFP:

Number Question Response

1. Does the City envision the three stages to be staggered and if so, by how many weeks or months?

Yes, the City desires for the three stages to be staggered at a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks.

2. The public participation process is very well defined in the RFP. If we see opportunities for activities to be combined, would that be acceptable?

The City is open to receiving an alternative cost proposal proposed by the offeror in addition to the one based on the public participation stated.

3. Does the City anticipate six separate documents

– one for each district?

The City anticipates seeing submissions of one document which shall include at least 6 different sections (one for each distinct design district), along with any ancillary information needed.

4. Does the City want the Exhibit forms as part of the proposal submittal or are those just for reference as part of the Agreement with the successful firm/team?

Yes, offerors shall submit a fully executed contract and all Exhibits, submissions that don’t contain a fully executed contract with all executed Exhibits may be deemed non-responsive. Please include in Section I.

5. Section I: Items "f" (sequence of work and timeline), and "g" (detailed project schedule) seem very similar and we would typically address this all together in one section. Could you please clarify what differentiates these, and what you're looking for in each section?

Sections F and G can be combined.

6. Is the price proposal considered in the 20-page limit?

No, the price proposal is not considered part of the 20-page limit

7. As resumes are not considered in page count, is there a specific section where you would like

The resumes shall be provided in Section I.

them to be included? We feel they could be equally appropriate in Section I along with the Organization & Staffing Plan, or Section II with Qualifications of firm/project team; or should they be submitted separately at the end in an appendix as they are not included in the page count?

8 Are covers and section divider pages permitted exclusive of the page count?

Yes, they are exclusive of the page count.
