About this file

This document is Addendum Number 3 to Invitation to Bid (ITB) #24-035 for the Lisa Lane Pond Rehabilitation Project. The addendum incorporates changes and answers questions regarding the project, including the anticipated NTP issuance within 10 calendar days of the Purchase Order, the total 58-acre drainage area to the pond with 17 acres of pavement and 41 acres of grass/trees, the requirement for concrete testing to meet GDOT specifications, and the lack of any permit or environmental requests needed from the contractor. The addendum also clarifies details related to the sediment removal, foundation backfill material, and the wall cap placement. The bid response is due on January 17th, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

The addendum provides additional details about the project, such as the required 5,020 CF micropool/forebay and the lack of measured average flow, as the site visits did not observe any runoff during dry conditions. There are no known utility conflicts in the construction area, and the City will not be providing any additional profile information beyond what is shown on the drawings.
