About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Audubon Park Department (APD) for the Sunland Splashpad project. The Addendum provides responses to 12 vendor questions related to the project, including clarifications on the water connection, desired amenities and equipment, court dimensions, and surrounding area specifications. The project does not have a pre-determined budget, and APD is asking vendors to design and construct the splashpad based on the rough sketches provided. The project is located in Leon County and the City of Tallahassee, Florida.
The Addendum indicates there are no conceptual drawings or final specifications available, and vendors are asked to refer to the Scope of Work for details on the splash pad features, sails, and other requirements. The Addendum also provides clarification on the desired seating capacity, number of tables, benches, and umbrellas, as well as the basketball court and shuffleboard court configurations. The surrounding area is specified to be hardscaped.
