About this file

This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) in Florida for a used Telescoping, Articulating, Self-Propelled Boom lift. The addendum provides responses to vendor questions regarding paint condition and warranty requirements. The ITB is for Leon County and the City of Tallahassee. Vendors must provide a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor, in addition to any remaining factory warranty, and agree to replace any faulty components for a minimum of 2 years after acceptance of the equipment. The solicitation requires vendors to submit their bids by a specific due date, but does not provide details on the award date or contract term.

The addendum notes that minor paint defects without visible signs of rusting are acceptable, and the agency will accept the remaining balance of any factory warranty on the used lift equipment. Vendors must also provide an additional 1-year warranty on parts and labor, and agree to replace any faulty components for a minimum of 2 years. The solicitation does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information.
