About this file
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-200, issued by a Georgia municipality, solicits the supply and installation of sewage and wastewater pumps for Lift Station #1 and #3. The project encompasses the provision of pumping equipment designed to handle sewage and wastewater operations within these two lift stations. Bidders are required to submit responses by the specified due date to be considered for contract award. The solicitation may include provisions for site visits to allow potential bidders to inspect the lift station locations and understand the installation requirements. The contract term and any renewal options would be established upon award to the successful bidder, with specific details regarding project commencement and completion timelines outlined in the bid documents.
Pricing for this project should be structured according to the bid specifications, with all costs for equipment supply and installation to be provided by the bidder. The file does not indicate any specific small business set-asides, disadvantaged business enterprise designations, or incumbent contractor preferences. Funding for this municipal wastewater infrastructure project would typically derive from the municipality's utilities or public works budget, though specific funding amounts and sources are not detailed in the available documentation. Bidders should be prepared to demonstrate experience with similar sewage and wastewater pump installations and provide equipment specifications meeting the municipality's operational requirements.
