About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-1200-0108 Bid Schedule (Attachment 2), which appears to be a state-level solicitation for household goods and vehicle moving services. The bid allows potential contractors to respond to two categories of moving services, with bidders required to provide pricing per hundredweight (CWT) for household goods and vehicle transportation. The estimated weights are 37.66 CWT for household goods and 45.00 CWT for vehicle transportation, though the state explicitly notes it does not guarantee a minimum household goods weight.
The pricing structure requires bidders to submit per CWT rates, with total estimated move costs calculated for evaluation purposes only. Additional requirements include disclosing the ability to move firearms during household goods moves. The state will invoice employees directly for costs exceeding 15,000 pounds and storage beyond 30 days. Bidders must complete the attached spreadsheet without alterations, providing precise pricing and responding to specific yes/no questions about service capabilities. The document provides a template for contractors to submit their proposed rates and service offerings, with space for company information, authorized representative details, and date of submission.
