About this file
This file is a Bidder Questions document for Idaho Invitational Bid (ITB) #1182 for Highway Delineation services. The document establishes the procedural requirements for submitting questions and clarifications regarding the solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the designated ITB Lead with the subject line including "ITB 1182 Questions" and must be received by the deadline specified in the Procurement Schedule. Bidders are required to use the provided table format without modifications to font, style, or color, and must reference the applicable ITB section number or attachment identifier with corresponding page numbers. Questions regarding the State's Contract Terms and Conditions must be submitted separately using Exhibit 6, and bidders are prohibited from identifying their company name, individual name, or proprietary product names within their submissions.
The document contains one recorded bidder question and response. A bidder questioned whether Item Numbers 3 and 4 on Submittal Form B, listed as 64 inches, were the correct specification, noting that Carsonite does not manufacture that size and inquiring whether 66 inches was intended. The State responded affirmatively, confirming that Submittal Form B, Group 1, Line Items 3 and 4 have been updated from 64 inches to 66 inches. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent vendors, funding sources, or contract term details are disclosed in this questions and clarifications document.
