Subject: Information Technology Systems Technical Sustainment Support This is a Sole Source RFQ for Commercial off the Shelf IT Software *IAW FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Description.

Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) has an ongoing requirement for information technology (IT)/systems technical sustainment support for the Integrated Engineering Support Application (IES-A.) AFLCMC, Product Data Services (AFLCMC LZP) is the functional home office for the IES-A developed using a proprietary Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) product, Contextia Business Process Engine (BPE) owned by Modulant, Inc. IES-A is a complex enterprise web-based workflow management tool used to provide Engineering Support. The performance requirements include system sustainment and development/modernization support for required processes, facilitating Air Force Engineering Support, via electronic request processing and reporting capabilities.
