About this file
This single source justification document outlines a sole source award for Information System Security Officer (ISSO) training to Logos Secure LLC. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center requires JSIG-based ISSO training covering specific roles, responsibilities, and duties, including hands-on computer labs and exercises using vendor-supplied equipment. A sources sought notice on SAM.gov received six responses but none offered the required experience or training in the SAP environment. Market research did not identify any other vendors that could provide the needed training. The contracting officer determined only Logos Secure LLC is reasonably available as a single source due to its expertise in SAP-specific ISSO training. The Air Force Materiel Command will continue market research efforts to identify potential future sources for this type of training.
