About this file

This is a Cost Sheet attachment for an Intermediate Procurement issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for the Yaquina Bay Subtidal Bay Clam Assessment. The procurement seeks contractor services to provide a boat and capable dive team to conduct subtidal surveys of juvenile clams and their habitats in Yaquina Bay near Newport, Oregon. The cost proposal requires offerors to submit both a per-hour price and a total proposed price covering 12 dive days, with the understanding that ODFW may adjust the number of dive days as necessary to meet budgetary constraints. All materials, equipment, labor, and work outlined in the Request for Proposal must be included in the proposed price.

The pricing proposal must be comprehensive, including all costs required to perform the work, contractor profit, and overhead, with any costs not explicitly listed considered incidental to the contract. The submitted price per dive day will serve as the basis for adjusting the total contract price should ODFW increase or decrease the number of required dive days. The cost sheet is scored on a total of 20 points and requires offerors to itemize any costs not included in the standard dive day line item. Offerors must clearly identify themselves by printing their name and company on the cost sheet submission.
