The Treasury Common Services Center, on behalf of TOIG, intends to make an award on a sole source basis to Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA), 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Mail Box 256, Washington, DC 20004. The need date for this is 9/1/2026. The period of performance will be for a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years.
TOIG Special Agents, located nearest this specific location, are provided with individually assigned law enforcement government owned vehicles (GOV’s) to accomplish their mission for which they are responsible. As such, TOIG requires that these GOV’s be routinely housed/parked nearest the building of TOIG located at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20220, to ensure the safety and preservation of equipment and to limit outside exposure of sensitive investigative material. The parking facility must not block in or take keys for our law enforcement vehicles.
Subject to final approval, The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC), on behalf of the TOIG, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to Trade Center Management Associates, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Mail Box 256, Washington, DC 20004 for thirty-seven (37) parking spaces located at 1400 K Street NW, Washington DC 20005.

AM/KZ. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows your company is capable of providing the requirement described in this notice.
