Intent to Sole Source Synopsis

FA465925QZ035 Bombardier Subscription

The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks Air Force Base, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Bombardier, Inc. This procurement is required in order to provide the Flight Deck 3 for electronic flight books at Robins AFB, GA. This procurement is intended to be awarded as a sole source due to the proprietary rights Bombardier, Inc.

has over the Flight Deck 3 software that will be used in the electronic flight books at Robins AFB. The NAICS for this requirement is 513210 with a size standard of $47.0M.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from A Single Source.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.

A copy of the single source justification will be posted with the solicitation which is estimated to be posted on 7 Aug 25.
