Dear Prospective Offeror, The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is soliciting quotations under Request for Quotation 15B41520Q00000012 at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Waseca, Minnesota.
Please read the RFQ and Statement of Work (SOW) carefully and ensure that all information requested is included in your offer. Offerors must complete Pages 1, 4, 18 (52.204-26(c)) and 24 (52.212-3(b)) of the RFQ. Offerors must also submit any diplomas and/or certificates and professional instructor experience, with contact information, to support stated qualifications.
Evaluators will neither make assumptions, nor draw inferences, regarding missing or incomplete data. The offer that is submitted is what will be evaluated. Missing or incomplete data could result in the elimination of your offer from further consideration.
Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov.
Offerors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. The Contacting Officer will verify registration in the SAM database prior to award by entering the potential awardee’s DUNS number into the SAM database. Failure to complete the registration procedures may result in elimination from consideration for award.
All communications regarding this RFQ, including any of a technical nature, must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer. Questions will not be answered by telephone or in person. Questions may be e-mailed to jessler@bop.gov and subject line must read: DOG TRAINER PROGRAM QUESTION. Any questions must be submitted no later than Monday, March 30, 2020 at 11:00am CT in order to provide sufficient response time prior to the offer due date.
Offers, including supporting documentation, must be emailed to jessler@bop.gov and the subject line must read: 15B41520Q00000012. The Contracting Officer assigned to this procurement is the undersigned. Your attention is directed to the fact that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit or obligate the Government to an expenditure of public funds should a contract result from this RFQ.
