This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract award to be made to the lowest evaluated price offeror whose proposal meets or exceeds acceptability requirements. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded based on best value to the Government. All quotes must be submitted electronically to the same email address by 3:00 pm PDT on June 24, 2026. Incomplete submissions may be deemed nonresponsive.

The evaluation criteria consist of two factors: Factor 1 – Technical Approach, which receives an Acceptable or Unacceptable rating based on whether the product meets required material, size, and color specifications; and Factor 2 – Total Price, which is evaluated for reasonableness in accordance with FAR 12.204(a) but is not scored or rated. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside, and offerors must be deemed responsible prospective contractors in accordance with FAR 9.1.
