1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. The purpose of this contract is to provide exam preparation services for the 189th Airlift Wing. This service will prepare students to take the FAA's Oral and Practical Exam administered by an FAA

Designated Maintenance Examiner as outlined in the attached PWS. It is designed as a refresher for people who are eligible to take the FAA exams based on other experience. This service will not provide authorization to test.

The training location will be no further than a one-hour commute from Little Rock Air

Force Base.

9. The 189AW intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. The following factor will be used to evaluate offers:

Lowest priced offer meeting requirements. All offers must include a package which clearly demonstrates the services to be provided meet all requirements as stated in the

Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).

10. All offers must list DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC, and phone number. To obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit https://sam.gov/content/home. Lack of registration in the SAM.GOV database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
