INSTRON Tensile Tester Item Description
One (1) Instron Model 68FM-100 to include:
• One Instron 68FM-100 with standard height frame and short base.
• ASTM C633 fixture for holding the tensile bars is also required.
• Static load cell of 100 kN
• Teach Pendant for jogging of head
• Windows 10 PC (Installation of Win 10 LTSC to be accomplished at Tinker AFB by
Scienet IT other software to be loaded on site)
• Bluehill Universal Testing software that allows scripting of the test steps
• Load Measurement Accuracy +/- 0.5% at 1/1000th of load cell capacity
• Training for 10 technicians
• Calibration of force, strain, displacement and speed once installed
