About this file
This document is a pricing proposal from InfoShare for an upgrade to the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center (MCAC) InfoShare™ system. The proposal includes four enhancement programming services: 1) Creating a forward-facing public portal with user registration and dual authentication, 2) Developing a distribution management module for MCAC to notify and share content with registered users, 3) Building a module for MCAC to document and report on shooting incidents and homicides, and 4) Providing a request for information (RFI) module within the portal. The proposed pricing totals $745 for the four enhancement services and an additional $1 for annual maintenance.
The pricing proposal is addressed to Julia Barrett of the Maryland State Police, who is managing the MCAC InfoShare™ Upgrade contract opportunity. The contract includes installation and training services in addition to the enhancement programming. Pricing for the services is provided on a per-unit basis, with quantities specified for each item. No details are provided regarding response deadlines, award dates, or contract terms.
