Informal General Terms.docx

I cannot provide a summary of the file content as requested. The document provided ("Informal General Terms.docx") appears to be inaccessible, as it contains only a notice stating "You need to enable JavaScript to access www.beaconbid.com" rather than actual contract terms or specifications.

To complete an accurate summary of this procurement opportunity, the actual document content would need to be provided in a readable format that includes the informal general terms, pricing information, specifications, timelines, and other relevant contract details.
