About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) for one (1) Inflatable Wall System. The requested system should have approximately 600 square feet of space, be dividable into three interior rooms with full-height 8' to 10' walls, and include a total of four windows and three doorways with hinged doors. The walls must be durable, resistant to non-lethal training ammunition, and designed for students/staff to interact with. The system should pack into a small size when deflated and use a motorized inflator.

The RFQ states that DPSST may award a single Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. Pricing must be held firm for 30 days, and DPSST will award the contract to the offeror whose quote best serves the agency's interests, considering factors such as experience, expertise, product functionality, suitability, and contractor responsibility. The RFQ is associated with the State of Oregon and the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem.
