About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Cross Domain Software Solutions (CDSS) issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). The government seeks to identify military and commercial capabilities for developing a Cross Development Solution that can transfer information between different security domains, specifically for Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments. The solution must meet National Cross Domain Strategy Management Office (NCDSMO) Raise the Bar (RTB) v5.X requirements, support high-threat networks, and enable data transfer across various structured data formats including voice communications, Link16, and multiple simulation standards.

Interested parties are requested to submit a 20-page synopsis detailing their capabilities by 5 PM Eastern on 31 July 2025, including company registration details, small business status, socio-economic classification, operational approach, and up to three previous contracts involving digital media and AI technologies. The potential contract will be awarded in the Orlando, FL area, with performance at NAWCTSD or nearby Research Park locations. Potential NAICS codes include 541511, 541512, and 541519, with small business size standards ranging from $30-34 million. This RFI is for market research purposes and does not guarantee a future solicitation or contract award.
