About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Cross Domain Software Solutions (CDSS) issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). The RFI seeks to identify military and commercial capabilities for developing a Cross Development Solution that can transfer information between different security domains, specifically for Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments. Key requirements include meeting National Cross Domain Strategy Management Office (NCDSMO) Raise the Bar (RTB) v5.X standards, supporting High Threat Networks, and enabling data transfer across various structured data formats including voice communications, Link16, and multiple simulation standards.
Interested companies are requested to submit a response by 5 PM Eastern on 31 July 2025, including their company details, small business status, socio-economic classification, operational approach, and up to three previous contracts demonstrating experience with digital media and AI technologies. The potential contract will be performed in Orlando, FL, and spans multiple NAICS codes related to computer programming and systems design, with a small business size standard of $30-34 million. The government emphasizes this is a market research RFI and not a formal solicitation, with no commitment to contract award, and responses are voluntary.
