About this file

This document is an Industry Questionnaire Response Submission Form related to a federal contract opportunity for Information Technology Systems Integration (ITSI) Support Services.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify potential commercial providers that can fulfill specific IT system integration requirements. The questionnaire collects information about the respondent's company, including business designations, past experience, technical capabilities, certifications, labor categories, and pricing structure preferences. Key areas of interest include the provider's ability to support tasks such as cybersecurity, SharePoint development, software development, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI development. The goal is to enhance the VA's market intelligence to identify the most capable and qualified IT systems integration providers. Responses to the questionnaire will be used to inform a future solicitation for these services.
