About this file

This document is a set of industry questions and government responses for Funding Opportunity W911KB-25-2-0009, addressing two key issues related to the Tanana Flats Training Area Winter Trail Upgrade project. The first question resolves a discrepancy in application dates, with the government confirming they will issue an amendment and use the later date of July 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM. The second question confirms that the government will provide up to 9 potential material sites for quarrying gravel on-site, supporting the project's infrastructure and construction needs. The opportunity is part of a cooperative agreement under the Conservation and Rehabilitation of Natural Resources on Military Installations program (CFDA 12.005), focusing on sustainable range program management, environmental protection, and land rehabilitation for the 11th Airborne Division and U.S. Army Alaska at Fort Wainwright.
