Text version

Your company is allocated a total of 30 minutes for the one-on-one Industry Day sessions. The sessions will start with introductions and a general overview. After this, your company shall give a presentation demonstrating your capabilities as to how you can meet the Government’s requirements as listed in the RFI Technical Requirements and Users Requirements. Some areas we would like you to address are: 1) Description of capability and capacity to manage tasks and how you will perform each task area; 2) your approach to obtain and retain personnel with required certifications and clearances;

3)your plan to keep your employees trained on current and emerging technologies; 4) demonstrate your capability to finance operations of this scope; and 5) demonstrate capability to manage multiple task orders while concurrently responding to Government RFIs and solicitations.

The Government may ask questions during and after your presentation. After the presentation, your company may ask any questions you have, though the Government may decline to answer. The Government is not putting a time limit on your presentation.

With that general format, it is advised that the presentation is an appropriate length realizing there will be questions potentially asked throughout, while also reserving enough time for questions back and forth at the end. The Government will not be sending any questions out to industry beforehand. The Government has to give each company the same amount of time, so once 30 minutes passes, the session is over regardless of where we are. All relevant questions will be posted on FBO with answers for all to see. Company names will not be associated with the questions, but everyone will have the benefit of the information. One on One sessions will be available on a limited first-come first-serve basis.

Please email your presentation to Joelynn Laux (joelynn.laux@us.af.mil) and John Ruppert (john.ruppert@us.af.mil) by1:00pm EST on 10 Sep 2020. Please be prepared to present such remotely from your own laptop/PC enabled with a microphone via a Microsoft Teams meeting in your one-on-one session. A Government representative will send you a meeting invite via Microsoft Teams for your allotted time.
