INDUSTRY DAY INVITATION DAY: The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFTC) Contracting Office Directorate cordially invites interested companies to attend an Industry Day for the Electronic Warfare Improvement Capabilities (EWIC) requirement at 10:00 a.m. PST on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, Airmen and Family Readiness Center, Building 5620 Edwards AFB, CA.
Due to space limitations, attendance by contractor personnel is limited to two (2) individuals per company. Please be advised that access to Edwards Air Force Base is controlled and all visitors must be sponsored. See attached base acceess form that needs to be filled out.

Solicitation number FA9304-19-R-0002 has been posted on Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov/ on January 16, 2020 for 60 calendar days. No proposal preparation costs will be provided nor reimbursed by the Government. Paper copies of the solicitation or associated documents will not be made available. Solicitation documents will be made available only through https://beta.sam.gov/ IAW FAR 5.102. The Government anticipates award of the ID/IQ in late June or early July 2020.
Interested vendors are responsible for visiting https://beta.sam.gov/ periodically for any changes or updates to this notice as well as notice of a future solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award (https://www.sam.gov) IAW FAR 4.1102. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay and/or reimburse respondents and/or their associates for any cost incurred to submit the requested information and/or proposal.
