This is a photograph related to a rigging and moving services bid opportunity for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) at the London Correctional Institution. The image appears to show documentation or specifications related to two industrial plastic bag machines that require rigging and moving services from the OPI Distribution Center to the OPI Plastic Bag Shop, both located on the London Correctional Institution campus. The photograph quality and angle suggest it may be a capture of printed bid documents, specifications, or related project materials that would support the bidding process for this equipment relocation project.

The specific details regarding pricing terms, set-asides, response dates, site visit requirements, and bidder conference information cannot be clearly determined from this photograph alone. Additional documentation would be necessary to establish the complete scope of work requirements, equipment specifications, delivery timelines, insurance and bonding requirements, and other material bid conditions for potential contractors responding to ITB DRC260127.
