About this file
This document is an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form for a Sources Sought Notice from the Indian Health Service (IHS) for Healthcare and Accreditation Leadership and Management Support (IHS-24-SS-HCALM).
The IHS is conducting market research to secure a contractor to provide healthcare executive leadership and management mentorship, support maintenance of accreditation within the IHS system, and develop organizational structures to sustain and improve healthcare facility accreditation and compliance. The IHS is seeking responses from small businesses, including VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, and LB, as well as Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) capable of providing the required solution and support services. This is a Sources Sought notice only, not a request for quote, proposal, or solicitation. Responses will assist the government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Offerors must self-certify that they meet the definition of an "Indian Economic Enterprise" with "Indian Ownership" under the Buy Indian Act throughout the solicitation, award, and contract performance periods.
